    This is a wonderful insightful set of cd's, a treasure for both beginning and seasoned meditators. The core: shifting from thought-based and ego-identified effortful living into awake awareness living… Beautifully made possible, with simple immediate practice guidance (on three cd's and also in separate book) - what a relief! The four expressions of awake awareness (local, spacious, awake awareness embodied, and open-hearted awareness) that Loch Kelly describes, can be ‘glimpsed’ - small glimpses, many times -, bringing a freer way of being and living from the heart. We can live Being. Both development and discovery aspects get addressed. In his approach Loch applies elegant ‘organizing principles and re-framing, that gently include Buddhist schools, Christianity, Advaita and other wisdom approaches. The course brings together traditions and modernity, age-old wisdom and recent neuroscience and psychology findings. Loch Kelly speaks in accessible ‘awareness’-language, going beyond religious and spiritual terminologies - transcending and including.
